Supported Profile Ranges:
Our meal planning system is optimized for users within the following ranges:
- Male: Age 18–40, Height 160–190 cm, Weight 55–100 kg
- Female: Age 18–40, Height 150–180 cm, Weight 45–80 kg
If your personal profile falls outside these ranges, meal plan calculations and nutritional estimates may be less accurate as our system will extrapolate beyond its optimized data range. You acknowledge this limitation and accept full responsibility for evaluating whether generated meal plans are appropriate for your circumstances.
Meal Logging Information (User-Entered Data):
Custom Meal Entries: When you manually log meals, we collect:

You are solely responsible for determining whether displayed calorie goals and weight loss/gain projections are healthy and appropriate for your individual circumstances. If projections appear unhealthy or unsafe, you should stop using the app and consult a healthcare professional.
Meal Plan & Ingredient Data:
- Generated Meal Plan Ingredients: When we create your weekly meal plans, we save the complete list of ingredients for each planned meal
- User-Logged Ingredients: We also store ingredient information from meals you manually log yourself
- Meal Family Classification: We maintain internal meal family/category classifications for organizational purposes. When we generate your weekly meal plan, these classifications are transferred to your related meal plan database for meal organization
Purpose of Data Collection:
We collect this data to:
- Provide you with personalized weekly meal plans (3 meals per day for 7 days) that match your goal, diet type, budget, and avoid your reported allergies
- Enable you to log and track your own meals and nutritional intake
- Analyze your progress toward your dietary goals over time (daily, monthly, yearly)
- Store your ingredient usage history for better meal planning and tracking
- Help you understand your eating patterns and make informed decisions
We will never use this data for any other purpose.

- What we collect: With your explicit permission, we request read access exclusively to your daily Step Count data. We do not request, access, or track your GPS location, heart rate, or sleep data.
- How we use it: We use your daily step count purely to provide our "Step Tracker & Fitness" app feature. Based on the steps retrieved, our app calculations locally estimate your daily distance walked and active calories burned. We compare these burned calories against your personalized meal plans to help you determine if you are maintaining a caloric deficit or surplus in accordance with your weight goals (e.g., Lose Weight or Gain Weight).
- Protection and Sharing: Your health and step data is retrieved securely and is never sold, licensed, or shared with third-party advertisers or external brokers. You may revoke the app's access to this data at any time via your device's native health settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

LOGOUT DOES NOT DELETE DATA:
- Logging out of the app does NOT delete your personal information

ACCOUNT DELETION REMOVES ALL DATA:
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data through two methods:
Method 1 (Recommended): Self-Service Deletion
- Delete your account directly through the Profile tab in the app
- All data is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems and Supabase storage
- Complete removal including name, email, dietary preferences, meal plans, transaction history, favorites, and usage data

- We will delete your account and all associated data
